The combustion engine of the Lamborghini Huracan’s successor will generate 800 hp and 730 Nm of torque which is better than even the STO version of the sports car. It has a 10,000rpm redline that is commonly seen in racing engines. This positions it among the leading companies, alongside the Aston Martin Valkyrie, Mercedes-AMG One, and Gordon Murray Automotive's T.50 and T.33, acclaimed worldwide for their higher revving abilities.

The engine is accompanied by a hybrid setup, similar to the Revuelto. The V8 works alongside a 147-hp electric motor that delivers 221 lb-ft of torque. Located between the eight-speed dual-clutch transmission and the engine, this setup, also found in the Revuelto, has an axial-flux motor that is embraced by Ferrari and McLaren.

The upcoming supercar looks similar to the flagship Revuelto. It boasts a distinctive silhouette that seems to be inspired by the spaceship's ethos of design head Mitja Borkert. Signature Lamborghini details such as the Y-shaped LED lights and hexagonal exhaust will be the highlights of its design

It will retain Revuelto’s 'mono fuselage' carbon-fibre monocoque. For cost-effectiveness, it will also have aluminium components. To make it stand out from the 4,947-mm long Revuelto, the automaker will shorten its length.

The highly anticipated successor to the Lamborghini Huracán is scheduled to debut in August. With its twin-turbo V8 engine, it embodies Lamborghini's fusion of innovative technology and heritage.
