The Entry Level

You can pick up quite an exciting model at an affordable price. Starting at AED 57,000, the GX3 Pro is the most affordable Geely in the UAE. A small SUV with a 1.5-liter engine, CVT gearbox, and 102 hp, it is aimed squarely at first-time buyers in Sharjah and Ajman who want an SUV-style body without the SUV price tag. The ergonomic cockpit and clean design make it feel more considered than budget cars typically do. It is not loaded with features, but it does the job.

The next option is the Emgrand, which starts at AED 58,000 and adds more substance. It is a proper midsize sedan with a 500-liter boot, 85% soft-touch interior materials, a 12.3-inch digital display, and six airbags. The GF trim at AED 69,000 adds Apple CarPlay, a 360-degree camera, and a sunroof. For a sedan buyer in Mirdif or Abu Dhabi who needs space and reliability at a sensible monthly payment of AED 800, the Emgrand is a car worth spending real time with.

Compact SUVs 

Geely's three compact SUVs cover a price range from AED 75,500 to AED 97,900, which sounds like they would overlap, but not quite. 

The Coolray is the entry-level compact SUV range, and it comes with a 172 hp, 1.5 liter engine through a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox. At AED 75,500 for the GL trim and AED 87,900 for the GF, it is a sporty-looking compact SUV with a 360-degree camera, adaptive cruise control, and blind spot monitoring on upper trims. It is gaining significant popularity among younger buyers in Dubai Marina and JBR who want something stylish without crossing AED 90,000.

The Cityray, at AED 86,500, is newer, slightly more premium in presentation, and carries L2 intelligent driving assistance across the range. It has a more sophisticated exterior design with larger proportions than the Coolray and a cabin that leans more premium. The GF, at AED 97,900, is the top trim and competes directly with rivals like the Haval Jolion and MG ZS in the same price range. If you value a more mature, composed look and driving feel over the Coolray's sportier character, the Cityray is the one. Both SUVs are offered with FWD. Neither SUV offers an AWD option, and frankly, that is absolutely fine for regular city use in the UAE.

Sedans 

The Geely Preface does not appear on many UAE comparison lists, and that is a mistake. It is a 2.0-liter turbocharged sedan with power figures of 214 hp through a 7-speed DCT. Starting at AED 88,000 and reaching AED 98,000 for the GF, it comes with an Infinity Harman headrest audio system, L2 ADAS, and a Drive-E engine developed alongside Volvo. The body is a coupe-style saloon with a sloping roofline, which gives it a visual presence that the Emgrand does not attempt.

For buyers in DIFC, Downtown Dubai, or Al Raha in Abu Dhabi who want a premium-looking sedan and are unwilling to spend AED 130,000 on a European name, the Preface at AED 98,000 is a serious consideration. It offers more performance and technology than most Toyota or Hyundai sedans at this price point. 

Family Options

The Okavango is Geely's seven-seater family SUV, starting at AED 99,000 with a 2.0-liter turbo producing 218 hp through a 7-speed DCT. Its nature-inspired design language, genuinely spacious third row, and pricing that undercuts the Kia Sorento by a meaningful margin make it the family vehicle Geely buyers most often end up recommending to each other on UAE car forums.

The Starray is a five-seat premium SUV that sits between the Okavango and Monjaro in the range. The base GK, at AED 101,000, uses a 218 hp engine. The GF Plus at AED 119,900 steps up to 238 hp and adds LED interior star lighting, a feature that created considerable buzz at launch. It is positioned as a lifestyle SUV for buyers who want something visually distinct, and the Starray draws quite a bit of attention in the showroom.

Top End

The Monjaro, at AED 124,000, is Geely's most capable petrol SUV. CCD adaptive suspension (Continuous Controlled Damping) is standard on all trims. Across the range, the sixth-generation BorgWarner 4WD system comes as standard. With 238 hp, a 2,845 mm wheelbase, and a triple-screen cockpit, it competes with SUVs costing close to AED 230,000 from European brands. While the electric vehicle segment is emerging in the UAE, Geely is offering you an option of an affordable SUV; the EX5 starts at AED 99,900. You get 218 hp of power, a 68.39 kWh battery, and up to 475 km of range; it works well for buyers with home charging in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. At AED 120,000 for the Max Plus trim, it is a fully loaded electric SUV that benefits from various EV-related incentives and charging support programs available in parts of the UAE. 

The EX5 EMi at AED 89,900 is the PHEV version and is arguably the most interesting Geely in the lineup for 2026. With 317 hp combined and a 1,065 km total range, it addresses every anxiety a UAE buyer might have about going electric. The Max Plus, at AED 115,900, is the fully loaded version and is currently available on AGMC's AED 1,240 per month EMI plan.

The Geometry C, at AED 132,000 to AED 157,000, is Geely's premium electric SUV and the newest addition to the UAE range. With 201 hp and a stylish coupe SUV body, it targets buyers moving into the AED 150,000 electric space.
