The second vehicle from Avatr Technology, a joint venture between Changan Automobile, CATL, and Hyundai, the Avatr 12 is an all-electric sedan that will be launched in the UAE in three variants – Intelligent Edition RWD, Luxury Edition RWD, and Performance Edition AWD. It is considered as a direct rival to the Mercedes-Benz EQE and BMW i5 electric sedans,

This flagship electric executive car from Avatr Technology has interesting features like a 15.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system, double LED headlamps with C motifs, and 21-inch wheels. The car is already on sale in the Chinese market with a 94kWh battery as standard, with the RWD variants claiming 313 bhp and the AWD variant claiming 578 bhp. All of these cars will be on sale in the UAE, too.

AVATR 12 2026 is offered in 3 variants - the base model of AVATR 12 is Luxury RWD and top model of AVATR 12 is GT AWD.

I’m impressed with the look, design and overall built quality of this electric sedan. Very well crafted by the company, appears modern, classy and very elegant. And the specs are just great, like the powerful 94.5 kWh battery powering a dual motor for all-wheel drive system, and promise to offer a whopping 570 HP of power and excellent 650 Nm of torque. What is most exciting for me is the 0-100 km/h speed in just 3.9 seconds making it one of the top-speed EVs, can’t wait to get my hands on this.
