AVATR 07

The 2025 AVATR 07 is a Chinese electric mid-size crossover SUV. It is manufactured by AVATR Technologies, which is a product of a partnership between Changan Automobile, Huawei and the CATL battery company.

The AVATR 07 price in UAE is yet to be announced by the manufacturer. However, it starts at around AED 111,935 and goes up to AED 147,565 approx (as converted from Chinese Yuan).

There are eight variants available in the market, depending on power output, range, and drive configuration. They are

Engine and Performance

It is available with both RWD (Rear Wheel Drive) and AWD (All Wheel Drive) variants. It comes with a powerful electric motor, which is paired with different battery pack options depending on the variant.

The AVATR 07 Pro+ REEV Edition, Max REEV Edition, and Max REEV Explore Edition are RWD variants. They produce 310 horsepower and 367 Nm of torque. They have a claimed range of about 230km per charge and have a top speed of 190 kmph. 

Whereas the Ultra REEV Edition AWD variant is an AWD variant. It has an additional electric motor, resulting in a total output of 485 horsepower and 629 Nm of torque. This variant has a range of 220km per charge and a top speed of 190 kmph.

The Pro+ EV Edition, Max EV Edition, and Max EV Explore Edition are all RWD variants. They generate a peak output of 338 horsepower and 365 Nm of torque. They have an impressive range of 650km per charge and have a top speed of 200 kmph. Meanwhile, the top-of-the-line Ultra EV Edition AWD is an AWD variant. It delivers 590 horsepower and 645 Nm of torque. It has a 610km range and a 200 kmph top speed.

Safety

The safety features include 9 airbags, standard on all variants. It has a strong chassis that is made to absorb most of the impact in case of an accident, keeping the passengers safe. The crossover SUV also has ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) with a 360-degree camera and a collision prevention system. 

Features and Specifications

It has a feature-loaded and comfortable cabin. It has an octagonal-shaped steering wheel, a 35.4-inch panoramic screen which acts as the driver’s display. The car also has dual 6.7-inch rear-view screens on both sides of the dashboard, working similarly to rear-view mirrors. For entertainment needs, the AVATR 07 offers a 15.6-inch touchscreen Huawei multimedia display, which is connected to Meridian’s 25-speaker audio system. 

The cabin can easily accommodate 5 passengers, and the seats are made of full-grain NAPPA leather, making the cabin look even more luxurious and feel cozy. The interior trim is available in two dual-tone colours: Glacier Caramel and Tinted Charcoal. The AVATR 07 exterior design looks futuristic, it has clean and sculpted bodylines.
