The interior of the 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4-Door is more on the practical side. But it has certainly improved since the 2007-2018 Wrangler. The central console and the door handles get soft-touch plastic. The seats, solid-feeling switches, and the multifunction steering wheel are upholstered in leather. The dashboard is dominated by a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, connected to a nine-speaker Alpine audio system. The system runs on Jeep's Uconnect 5 software that's easy to use and responds quickly. But the menus are extensive and the desired option may be hard to find. There's a 7.0-inch digital instrument panel. The dashboard is punctuated by round air vents. The climate control system gets physical switches. The 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4-Door offers a commanding driving position. It ensures a great view of the long bonnet and the road ahead. Storage options include a large central cubby and dashboard-mounted trays. The mesh door pockets are quite useless. Boot space is 900 litres with the rear row down.  

The 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4-Door has been upgraded over the years. But the SUV still retains the old-school ladder-on-frame chassis with the body bolted on top. The car gets rugged, beam-like axles at both ends. From the iconic seven-slat grille to its bold and boxy silhouette, all aspects of the 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4-Door exude capability and confidence. The position is a bit unnatural and may cause the occupant to cramp after some time. Some occupants may feel pushed up against the door. There's lots of legroom on the rear seat. It can comfortably accommodate three adults. There's a lot of suspension noise while rising over potholes and raised drain covers. The cabin's sound insulation should have been better. The under-thigh support on the rear seats is a little. The seat placement is low and causes a rather knee-up seating position.  

The entry-level model of the 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4-Door is equipped with a turbocharged, four-cylinder, 2.0-litre petrol engine that produces 270 PS/400 Nm. The motor is mated to an eight-speed automatic. The Wrangler is a traditional off-road SUV, and its big, heavy axles amplify the effect on imperfect surfaces. But the SUV promptly responds to driver inputs. Even a moderate cornering speed can overwhelm the grip reserves of tyres. Transmission is sometimes delayed, but shifting to the manual mode via the Tonka-toy-style gear leaver quickens things up things.

The 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4-Door comes with a rearview camera, parking sensors, and an in-built navigation system with integrated voice commands. Other safety features include blind-spot monitoring, adaptive cruise control, and multiple airbags. 

At a starting price of AED 207,499, the 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4-Door is an expensive SUV. It's a true-blue off-road vehicle and would appeal to buyers with a penchant for the outdoors. Though it has a high maintenance cost, it won't deter adventure enthusiasts.
