Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid

Subaru has introduced the all-new 2026 Crosstrek Hybrid, featuring a next-generation hybrid system combining a 2.5‑litre Subaru Boxer engine and dual electric motors, delivering 194 hp. This powertrain is paired with Subaru’s Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive and retains 8.7 inches of ground clearance with X‑Mode for improved off-road traction. 

Launch

We expect the Crosstrek Hybrid launch in fall 2025 globally and UAE spec delivery will likely take place in early 2026 via official Subaru UAE channels.

Price

We anticipate the Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid price in the UAE to be AED 130,000–140,000, based on the U.S. pricing of USD 35,415, including duties.

• Electric motor: 118 hp / 270 Nm of torque

  Paired with Subaru’s Lineartronic CVT and standard AWD.

The Standard Symmetrical AWD with hill‑descent control, balanced torque distribution via hydraulic clutch. Maintains 8.7” ground clearance and off-road capability akin to its non-hybrid variant.

Interior & Features

The Hybrid Sport trim adds wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, Harman Kardon audio (on Limited), 360° camera (on Limited), heated steering wheel, and cabin voice controls, integrated into Subaru Starlink infotainment and EyeSight safety system.

Safety & Driver Assistance

Standard EyeSight Driver Assist includes adaptive cruise control, emergency braking with pedestrian and cyclist detection, lane-keep assist, blind-spot detection, rear cross-traffic alert, and Emergency Stop Assist.

Rivals

It will compete with other hybrid-powered SUVs like Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid, Honda CR‑V e:HEV and Mazda CX‑5 Hybrid in UAE.
