Audi reveals facelifted RS3, both sedan & hatchback models available

ABU DHABI: Audi has come up with the RS3’s mid-life facelift, available in both sedan and hatchback variants. This updated RS3 features modern styling cues with a redesigned exterior, including updated lighting elements and sharper lines, while the interior features updated technology and enhanced materials for a refined driving experience. Additionally, the facelifted model boasts reworked brake torque vectoring that improves performance and handling by distributing braking force in a better way between the wheels.

The RS3 facelift comes with a new front splitter, revised side air intakes, and updated LED signatures with a chequered design. Inside, it features Nappa leather new RS bucket seats, a flat-top steering wheel, a smaller gear selector, and redesigned air vents.
The Audi RS3 has retained its 2.5-liter turbocharged inline-five engine that is anticipated to produce the same 369 lb-ft and 401 hp as the previous model. It has wheel-mounted paddles and a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox. With the help of Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive power is distributed to all four wheels, with updates to adaptive dampers, stability control, and brake-based torque vectoring systems.

In Germany, the RS3 Sportback’s pricing starts from €66,000 (approximately AED 267,300), while the RS3 sedan’s starting price is around €68,000 (about AED 275,400). We do not have any information about the launch of this facelifted version in the UAE.

Audi has started accepting the Q8 facelift’s booking, which is scheduled for debut later this week.
