Lynk & Co 06 Exterior and Interior Explained: Full LED Lighting, Panoramic Sunroof and a Tech-Filled Leather Cabin

Abu Dhabi: Some cars win you over from the outside. Others make their case once you sit down and close the door. The Lynk & Co 06 is aiming to do both. New brands are making noise in the UAE, as Lepas' arrival with three smart SUVs showed, and the 06 joins in with a youthful design and a tech-filled cabin.

Exterior: Sharp Lighting and Smart Details

Every 06 gets full LED headlamps with daytime running lights, LED rear combination lamps and rear fog light, a chromed dual exhaust pipe, roof rails and an openable panoramic sunroof. The higher trims add smarter touches.

The paint palette is simple: Pearl white, Misty gray, Sonic green and Pastel lilac, offered on every trim. The Hyper Halo also gets a contrast black roof. On the Hyper Pro, that roof is available only with Pastel lilac and Sonic green, and it is not offered on the Core Plus.

Interior: A Youthful Cabin With Genuine Leather

Lynk & Co describes the cabin as youthful and refined, designed to make a striking visual impact. All three trims use leather seats and integrated sporty seats, with a 40/60 split second row, a sliding front armrest and a rear centre armrest with two cup holders. You can choose Black or a Beige-black combination.

Smart Cockpit: Screens, Sound and Connectivity

The 06 pairs a 10.25-inch full digital instrument cluster with a 12.3-inch central touchscreen that has a wide colour gamut. It comes with 4G and 64G storage, 6 speakers, Bluetooth and FM/AM. Apple CarPlay is wired, and the page notes that Android Auto is "to be upgraded". There are two USB ports in the front, two at the rear and a front 12V outlet.

The Hyper Halo adds a wireless phone charger. Keyless entry is on the Hyper Pro and Hyper Halo, while keyless start and remote start are on every trim. A trunk shade is an option on all three.
