Audi RS3

The 2024 Audi RS3 gets Nappa leather seats and upholstery in black, green or contrast stitching. The eco-friendly Dinamica microfibre/pleather is available as a no-cost option. The multifunction steering wheel and the air vents also get Nappa leather. The optional Alcantara-trimmed sports steering wheel is another superb feature that lends the RS3 a true race-car feel. The dashboard gets a number of carbon-effect trim pieces. But these aren’t particularly great. On the whole, the German luxury carmaker has used good quality materials to make the 2024 Audi RS feel suitably upmarket. The dashboard itself is dominated by a 10.1-inh touchscreen infotainment unit that supports voice commands. The display is crisp, and the unit is connected to a multi-speaker audio system. A 12.3-inch unit running the Audi Virtual Cockpit (AVC) displays driver information. The body-colour inserts on the air vents look premium. The climate control buttons and other physical switches are easy to operate. Boot space is 321 litres which is less than most competitors. 

The 2024 Audi RS is unmistakable in a crowd. The large grille (available in gloss and matte) of the standard A3 now adorns the RS. It looks even bigger with extra vents on both sides and extends up to the headlight cluster. The RS3 is also wider than the A3 and gets more aggressive body kits. Other aggressive styling cues include a larger exhaust and bespoke 19-inch alloy wheels. The headlight set is available in matrix LED with darkened bezels. The side skirts get a black finish along with wing mirrors and the rear diffuser. The flared front wheel arches get a new outlet to direct air along the car's side. The rear of the 2024 Audi RS is less prominent than the front. The optional Black Optic Plus package comes with 19-inch matte black wheels, summer tires, and black Audi badges. 

The cabin of the 2024 Audi RS3 is spacious for its size. The front seats wrap around the sides of the occupant and lend strong bolstering to keep them comfortable whenever the driver turns a sharp corner. Both seats get nice cushioning and adjustability, courtesy of the electric seat controls. There's a lot of legroom and headroom. The rear seats are more suited for two occupants instead of three. Taller passengers may find headroom a bit compromised because of the sloping roofline. Also, the chunky front sports seats block forward views. The doors are large for easy entry and exit. At slow speed, some bumps are transferred into the cabin. But the impact isn't huge. The adaptive dampers soften the sports suspension to absorb the craggier parts of the road.

The 2024 Audi RS3 is hauled by a twin-turbocharged, five-cylinder, 2.5-litre petrol engine that produces 400 PS/500 Nm. The motor is mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic. Handling has much improved than the earlier version. Around town, the RS3 is easy to navigate. The steering wheel is light and promptly responsive. The car copes with long distances pretty easily. The modular vehicle dynamics controller factors in all aspects to make the RS3 as agile, grippy, and fun as possible.

The 2024 Audi RS3 has automatic cruise control, adaptive high-beam headlights, and blind-spot monitoring. Other standard equipment includes multiple airbags and automated emergency braking. The tires have good traction and stop immediately whenever the brakes are applied. 

The 2024 Audi RS3, with its unconventional five-cylinder powertrain, is a rather unique car. It's a premium and practical sedan with a comfortable cabin and lots of tech. It rides and handles well, and safety features have been upgraded to make the car more worthy.
