iCAUR Opens New Showroom in Ras Al Khaimah with Galadari Motors: What UAE Buyers Should Know

Dubai: iCAUR has opened a new showroom in Ras Al Khaimah. Buyers in the Northern Emirates can now see the brand's range-extended electric cars up close. The opening was announced on 29 October 2026 with partner Galadari Brothers. 

Here's what the showroom offers, how the V27 and 03T compare and how service support works. Brands are moving closer to buyers, as we saw when AWR Automotive moved its Renault showroom to Sheikh Zayed Road. 

What's New at the Ras Al Khaimah Showroom

iCAUR is a premium new energy brand backed by Chery Group. The new outlet is its sixth showroom in the UAE. It follows openings in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai and Sharjah. It is also the brand's second showroom in the Northern Emirates.

Visitors can check the design, interiors and technology in person. Advisors explain how the models differ and how REEV works.

iCAUR V27: Made for Daily Drives and Longer Trips

The V27 runs on the Golden REEV (Range-Extended Electric Vehicle) system. A 1.5L turbocharged petrol engine does not drive the wheels directly. It acts as an onboard generator that tops up the battery when needed. 

So the car drives like an EV without depending fully on a plug. Instant torque and quiet electric running suit the daily commute. The extra range helps on trips between Emirates.

iCAUR 03T: The Adventure-Minded Pick

The 03T takes a more outdoorsy route. It pairs all-road SUV styling with the same REEV idea. A dual-motor all-wheel-drive setup sends power where it's needed. Multiple terrain modes help with traction and control in different conditions.

Tim Zhang, General Manager of Chery Middle East, said the showroom gives more customers a chance to experience iCAUR. He said range-extended technology can suit needs from daily commutes to longer journeys. Axel Dreyer, CEO of Galadari Brothers, called Ras Al Khaimah an important addition to the network. He said customers can visit, see the cars and speak to the team before deciding.

Service and Aftersales Support

Galadari Brothers says owners can use its authorised service network. That includes maintenance, genuine parts and aftersales support. iCAUR also plans a wider retail presence across the country.

What This Means for UAE Buyers

The showroom is compact (130 sqm, three cars). Expect a focused visit. Pricing and test drive details haven't been shared yet. Check with the team before you go.

The bigger story is the powertrain. A REEV suits people who cover long distances between emirates and don't want charging to shape the plan. I'd treat the 995 km and 800 km combined figures as best-case numbers. Your real range depends on how often you charge. The 150 km and 171 km electric figures should cover most daily driving.

Some buyers will still prefer a big petrol SUV like the 2026 Infiniti QX80. That's a fair choice. If you want to burn less petrol, the V27 and 03T are worth a look.
