Its bold and complex front fascia is matched to large 20-inch wheels and a no-nonsense boxy silhouette.     The most expensive car on our list, the Hongqi E-HS9 is a full-size luxury SUV that tips the scales at 2.7 tonnes. It’s also fully electric and starts from a scarcely-believable AED 322,900 for the base variant!
