I would like to share my experience owning this vehicle, the 2026 PHEV Flagship (full-option plug-in hybrid model), which I purchased in August/2025 (marking 10 months of use). Unfortunately, I have faced numerous technical issues. I contacted the service center and even reached out to the China Factory representative, but without any satisfactory resolution. This has ultimately driven me to request a vehicle return and a full refund. Therefore, I urge anyone planning to buy this car to think twice and prepare himself/herself in advance to face many challenges regarding both the vehicle's usage and dealing with the official dealership.

I am driving X7 from last 3 weeks. Sales experience was awesome. Unfortunately what I have been briefed during sales is not reality. I have been told that home charger is included and fast charger to be purchased and it was well acknowledged. I have been trying to charge but unfortunately charger provided to me is not for home charger. That is for to take out put voltage from car battery. It is completely misleads. Tried to approach sales team about this, they won’t able to provide proper specification of charger and guide for further solution. And what they explained me about charger included during purchase of car is completely wrong. I approached to OEM VENDOR Legend motor a week back and still they unable to provide me specification of charger. As per them they are still waiting reply from Original equipment manufacturer. Now I am wondering why purchased hybrid car. I wish either I could return or exchange car as no making any sense of purchasing hybrid car as I can’t charge car battery
