Skoda Taps Q-Auto as Exclusive Qatar Distributor Ahead of New Showroom Launch

Abu Dhabi : Skoda has announced Q-Auto as its exclusive distributor in Qatar. This is happening since a new showroom is coming later this year and there has been a growing line-up of models made to suit the Qatari market.

• There will still be full warranty coverage for existing customers.
• Five models will be available, including the Kodiaq, Karoq, and upcoming Superb.

Škoda Auto has confirmed it has appointed Q-Auto as its exclusive distributor in Qatar. The move is to help reinforce the Czech brand’s commitment to one of the most promising markets in the region.

A new showroom will likely open in the second half of 2025 so as to give local customers an enhanced automotive retail and service experience that will be backed by European quality and Q-Auto’s strong presence locally.

Q-Auto, known for its work with leading automotive brands, will bring deep knowledge of the market and premium standard of service to the new partnership. Existing Škoda customers in Qatar will still benefit from valid warranties to ensure they have peace of mind and service continuity.

The new showroom will reflect the shared values of excellence and innovation from the two companies. They will place it within a growing automotive hub in Doha and it will be supported by a dedicated service centre on Street 41.

Lukas Honzak, who is the Managing Director of Škoda in the Middle East, said: “Our partnership with Q-Auto brings a strong reputation for service excellence as they have previously worked with Volkswagen and Audi. It is a major milestone in Qatar, for the brand.”

He also highlighted that Škoda is planning to deliver 10,000 units annually across the Middle East, and that Qatar will form a crucial part of that plan.

Ahmed Shariefi, CEO of Q-Auto, added: “This initiative is about launching new vehicles and also redefining the entire ownership experience for drivers in Qatar.”
