However, their ultimate customer target is mostly the same, while the ADAMAS is the flagship, with more space, luxury features, and a clear focus on family use. The ROX 01 is slightly more accessible but still has an overall premium feel to it, both inside and out. For Emirati buyers, the choice is really between the price and their preference for comfort and presence. 

The ROX 01 balances value with everyday practicality. The question is whether the ADAMAS justifies its premium with features that matter in daily UAE driving or if the 01 delivers the same capability for significantly less money. Range Anxiety: With 235 km of pure electric range, both SUVs cover daily commuting without burning fuel. Most UAE drivers cover 50-100 km per day, meaning you charge every 2-3 days.

Charging: At home, overnight with 7 kW charging is suitable for most buyers. If necessary, you can use public CCS charging, which is available at DEWA stations, malls, and highways. 

Resale Value: This is the big unknown right now; like most Chinese brands in the UAE, they are new and need years to establish themselves in the used market. You must look at this before making a decision. But anyone planning to keep it for long need not worry. 

ADAMAS vs 01: Which one to pick?

Not a universal answer, of course, as it depends on the buyers completely. But here's what really matters. Both SUVs are well-equipped, both deliver genuine capability, and both offer something different from established brands. The question is whether you are primarily looking for capability; if so, then go for the 01, but if you want luxury, then the obvious choice is the ADAMAS.

Test drive both. Bring your family, and sit in those seats with the AC running. Check the actual cabin space, and feel the materials. Use the infotainment system to determine whether the ADAMAS’ luxury touches are worth the additional AED 15,000–65,000 over the 01 or if the 01 delivers everything you need at a price that makes more sense.

And not to forget that you are venturing into a Chinese brand ownership that launched in the UAE less than a year ago. The product is good, but the long-term reality is something you explore along the way.
