How NIO’s Power Swap Station Works

NIO’s Power Swap Station 3.0 is a fully automated system designed for speed and efficiency.

• The process begins with drivers placing a swap request via the NIO app or infotainment system.
• The vehicle then autonomously parks inside the station for the battery swap.
• The station can store up to 21 batteries and complete 408 swaps per day.
• A full system check is conducted during each swap, ensuring battery health and vehicle safety.
