2019 Nissan Altima launched in the UAE, price starts at AED 84,000

ABU DHABI: The all-new Nissan Altima was revealed last year at the New York Motor Show, and it has now been officially launched in the UAE.

The 2019 Altima has been redesigned with inspiration derived from the Vmotion 2.0 Concept from 2017. The new look is sporty and aggressive while being longer, wider, and sitting lower than the outgoing model. A host of new features are also on offer including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for the infotainment system.

On the safety side of things, you get the latest Nissan Intelligent Mobility technologies like Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Departure Warning, and Cross Traffic Alert.

Powering the new Nissan Altima will be a choice of a 2.5-litre 4-cylinder unit or a 2.0-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder unit. The bigger 3.5-litre V6 engine from the previous generation Altima has been discontinued in the 2019 model.

The 2019 Nissan Altima will be available in 3 models, which are S, SV, and SL. The starting price is AED 84,000, and only the 2.5-litre engine will be available starting this month. The turbo engine will go on sale in the summer.
