You can choose between Front-Wheel Drive (FWD) with a 201-horsepower electric motor or All-Wheel Drive (AWD) configurations with either 348 horsepower (Eco AWD) or 402 horsepower (Plus AWD). The battery options include an 82 kWh or 87.7 kWh battery, offering a range of up to 471 km on a full charge. For the 2024 models, a more efficient battery extends the range to between 243 and 264 miles. Overall, the VF8 offers impressive performance and range, making it a strong contender in the EV market.

This is what I feel after exploring the VF8 recently at their Dubai dealership. Vinfast is certainly quite an interesting product to woo the buyers, and the VF8 SUV is one good example. There are two variants of this SUV in very high range of 500 and 600 plus km in a single charge which is quite excellent for everyday use case, then the powerful 87 kWh battery and advanced features like 15.6 inch touchscreen infotainment, 11 airbags, luxurious and spacious interiors, great boot space and high comfort are some of the key elements of this sleek SUV.
