We owned the Honda City for many years and had no complaint but we were getting bored with it and thought it was time to change our family sedan. This was when we considered the Toyota Yaris Sedan and took a test ride at the showroom. The exterior of this sedan is very eccentric and it depends on the individual if the large grille on the bumper and a small body-coloured garnish is something that they fancy. The fog lamps are present on both the sides of the bumper which marks a change from many other cars of the same segment. There is no rocking motion when I place my foot on the throttle and the accelerator is extremely responsive to even the slightest of touch. However, if i accelerate beyond a point; the engine takes time to respond at revs at a slower pace which makes me look for a smaller gear. Apart from that, I have had no complaints with the interior or other features of the car.
