Geely’s Cityray, which starts from AED 65,000 and the Chery Tiggo 4 Pro, starting from AED 54,000, are for buyers who want essential features and low cost of ownership. The MG RX8, Jaecoo J7, and Exeed RX are standout models for families who need space and 4WD options.

EV Leaders and Premium Additions

China’s premium EV makers are also pushing forward in the UAE. Nio, which entered the market in late 2024, is up with battery-swapping tech and luxury electric offerings starting around AED 200,000. Xpeng’s X9, at AED 180,000, brings 702 km range and LiDAR-based ADAS.
