2026 Audi Q3 Revealed: Major Upgrades Sets It Apart In The Segment

Abu Dhabi : The latest version aims to give drivers more comfort, better features, and a fresh look.
- The new Audi Q3 features a bold look with a single-frame grille, sleek LED headlamps, OLED taillights and 17-20-inch wheel options.
- The latest version offers an 11.9-inch instrument, a 12.8-inch touchscreen infotainment and first-in-segment acoustic glazing.
- The SUV will be available in two petrol engines and one diesel engine option.
The Audi Q3 has been a best-seller in the luxury compact SUV market for over ten years. Now, the third-generation model is raising the bar in many ways. It offers new standards that push the limits of design and technology.
Class-leading Styling
Compared to the previous model, the new Audi Q3 has a bolder, more dynamic look. The large Singleframe grille and sleek headlights are fully integrated into the car’s shape. When seen from the side, a straight shoulder line runs between the headlights and backlights. This line creates a clear split in the car’s appearance, adding a striking play of light and shadow.

At the back, the Q3 features optional OLED rear lights that are fully digital. These are paired with a continuous LED strip and glowing rings. This advanced lighting setup is new for the Audi small SUV and makes it stand out. It is the first time such light technology is available in this segment.
The front of the compact SUV has new digital Matrix LED headlights. These headlights use micro-LED technology for the first time in the Audi Q3. This new tech makes the light much brighter and provides better contrast on the road. The headlight functions are now better connected to the driver assistance systems, making them more useful.
The LED daytime running lights feature 23 segments on each side. They create a unique light pattern that makes the vehicle easy to spot.
Interiors and Comfort
The cabin offers a first-class experience with the new steering wheel control unit providing more storage and a better feeling of space. It now includes two new levers: one on the right for gear shifting and one on the left for lights and wipers. First in the segment, the buyers can now add acoustic glazing to the front side windows, improving sound inside the cabin at higher speeds.

The car now gets a new steering wheel, an 11.9-inch instrument cluster, a 12.8-inch touchscreen infotainment, an AI-powered Audi assistant and 15-watt wireless charging.
Engine and Performance
The entry-level model in the Audi Q3 lineup is the Audi Q3 SUV TFSI 148 hp. It features a 4-cylinder petrol powertrain with mild-hybrid technology. The Audi Q3 SUV TDI 148 hp is a good choice for long-distance driving. The Audi Q3 SUV e-hybrid 268 hp offers faster and more efficient performance than previous models.
The engines are mated to a 7-speed S Tronic gearbox. The car comes with improved sports suspension with 2-valve damper control for an enhanced driving experience.
It can load up to 50 kW of DC charging when conditions are ideal. This model has a high-voltage battery with a total capacity of 25.7 kWh (usable 19.7 kWh). The battery allows for an electric driving range of up to 119 kilometres based on the WLTP test cycle.

Safety Aspects
The Audi Q3 comes packed with new safety features. With an adaptive Driving Assistant Plus, signs of the driver’s tiredness can be monitored via a camera. The car also lets owners teach it custom parking moves. When parking in tight spots, the reverse assist helps you back out easily and safely.
Launch and Pricing
The new Audi Q3 will be released in October, but you can start placing orders this summer. In Germany, the entry-level price for the Audi Q3 SUV TFSI 148 hp is set at 44,600 euros. The e-hybrid version, which has a power output of 268 hp, begins at 49,300 euros.
The car will be built at Audi’s manufacturing units located in Hungary, Győr, and Ingolstadt, Germany. The Middle East launch is expected to follow soon.
