2019 KIA Cerato GT set to hit the market with stunning updates

ABU DHABI: KIA Cerato GT is a complete package for the luxurious sedan segment. For the 2019 model spec, it has been given an update by the company, making the performance hatch even more powerful. Based on the Cerato GT sedan, once launched the 2019 Kia Cerato GT will compete with the likes of Honda Civic RS and Mazda3.

One of the significant change is made under the hood. The hatch now features a 1.6- litre Gamma turbocharged direct-injected (T-GDI) four-cylinder petrol engine. It is paired with a 7-speed DCT and produces 204 PS at 6,000 rpm and 265 Nm at 1,500 to 4,500 rpm.

Many high-end safety features like Forwarding Collision Warning and Avoidance Assist Lane Keeping Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Driver Attention Warning, and High Beam Assist are offered as standard. The safety kit also includes adaptive Smart Cruise Control and Blind-spot Collision Warning.
