Toyota Urban Cruiser 2026 Updates

The 2026 Urban Cruiser is a compact battery-powered electric SUV with fresh design elements, including a bold front grille, crisp LED lights and a boxy SUV profile. It seats five comfortably and delivers smart urban appeal with raised ride height and compact renovation.

Launch

The Urban Cruiser is expected to be released in UAE by early 2026.

Price

We can expect the Toyota Urban Cruiser 2026 price in UAE to start around AED 95,000.

Variants

It is expected to be available in two battery options, a 49 kWh and a 61 kWh, with FWD and AWD configurations. 

Batter, Range and Performance

The 49 kWh battery variant will be available in a FWD version producing 142 hp and 189 Nm of torque, whereas the 61 kWh battery variant will have FWD producing 172 hp and 189 Nm of torque, while the AWD version will generate 181 hp and 300 Nm of torque.

Features

It is equipped with a 10.25-inch combimeter, 10.1-inch touchscreen with Smartphone integration, JBL premium speakers, power-adjustable driver seat, automatic climate control and 360° camera.

Safety

The new Urban Cruise will feature all the standard features along with Toyota Safety Sense 3.0, which includes a pre-collision system, adaptive cruise control, lane departure alert, lane keep assist and a 360-degree camera.

Rivals

It will be competing with the Soueast S07, MG 4, Deepal S05 and BYD Atto 3 in the UAE region.
