The Toyota GR Yaris is the brand’s latest hatchback to take on the likes of the Volkswagen Polo. The Polo was quite a successful car globally and it’s clear as to why Toyota would want a piece of this pie as well. And given what the car packs, it will pique the interest of a lot of people.

The Toyota GR Yaris price in UAE hasn’t been officially revealed yet. That said, the Toyota hatchback could carry a price of around AED 125,000 when it’s finally launched here in the UAE.

There will only be one Toyota GR Yaris variant when the car is launched in the UAE and that will be the 1.6-litre turbo. It’s a fun engine that makes a solid 280HP. 

Engine & Performance 

The Toyota GR Yaris engine is not only familiar but also reliable. From 1598cc, it pumps out a very respectable 280HP. It is an engine that Toyota has used in its other cars and users have found it to be quite performance-oriented. The only issue with that is that it can come across as a bit more vibrational than it should.
