A 1.6-litre VTi petrol engine is employed under the hood of Citroen C4. This engine generates a decent peak power of 120 bhp alongwith a peak torque measuring 160 Nm. Automatic 4 speed TipTronic transmission of this engine enables it to accelerate from a halt position and reach 100 km/hr in 10.8 seconds with a peak speed of 193 km/hr. These figures are not at all disappointing, keeping in mind that C4 is a compact car. Citroen C4 is packed with decent features and its even decent price makes it more desirable. However, its single engine availability is something which can disappoint the customers.
