Over the last decade, Chinese automobile companies are increasingly stamping their presence in the global market. Some leading brands are already Chinese-owned. The Bestune brand is owned by the First Automobile Works (FAW) Group and the T99 has been a very successful car in the home market. The five-seater crossover-sports utility vehicle (SUV) had its debut in 2020 and got a midlife update in 2023. The car is available in the Flago, Deluxe, Limousine, and Premium trims in the Emirates.

Good Car Bad Service experience

The car feels good to ride but the delays in service is ridiculous. My car was brand new and had an unfortunate accident. It is 2 months and just getting assurances that the car will be ready in 2 weeks. now the parts are on the way, the service people are not very prompt in responding and I am not sure when I will get the car.

Disappointed with Al Khaled Auto Bestune Dubai’s Buyback Offer

I purchased a Bestune T99 2023 from Al Khaled Auto Bestune Dubai for AED 115,000 and only drove it for 12 KM before I had to leave the country. When I reached out to them for a buyback, I was shocked by their offer—only AED 67,000 after just one and a half years. This experience raised serious concerns about the dealership’s confidence in the car’s value. If the dealership itself is willing to buy it back at only 50% of what I paid, what does that say about the vehicle’s long-term worth? This suggests either a lack of trust in the Bestune brand or an unfair valuation process for loyal customers. To make matters worse, my car is in pristine condition—not a single scratch, and the original stickers are still inside. Despite this, they made no effort to offer a fairer deal, even though I barely used the car. I expected a dealership that values its customers and stands behind the brands it sells. Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing, and I would strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider before purchasing from them. If resale value and fair customer service matter to you, this is something to keep in mind.

Fashionable looking spacious model that dons a bold exterior

Innumerable reasons are there behind selecting Bestune t99. The car looks exquisite. I fell in love with its sleek style statement from the very beginning. Alongside who can overlook its commanding presence other than strong performance. If you are in search for something that is way refined and way more competent I would suggest to consider this option. I got smitten by its remarkable driving demeanor as well. Many would drool over its bold exterior looks just like me. The space and comfort that is being offered by the car is again worth appreciating. Happy to have considered this.

Very unreliable and unsafe

I recently traded my old car and purchased the Bestune T99. My old car started malfunctioning a lot, and I did not want to keep on investing in repairs, so I finally sold it and bought the T99 home. Everyone in my family seemed very joyous as we had purchased a new car after almost six years. I chose the T99 because of its superb ride quality and amazing design. But a recent accident made us question its reliability. A minor accident caused significant damage to the car and even caused injury to my wife. Even the people who witnessed the accident were surprised to see the extent of the damages. I won't keep such an unreliable car for long!
