The cabin of the 2024 Bestune T99 is classy with a panoramic sunroof, dual-tone leather seats and upholstery and wood inserts for the door panel. The dashboard gets soft-touch plastic. Use of hard plastics have been kept to the minimum. The dashboard gets a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment unit and a six-speaker sound system. The display is crisp and clear. The infotainment units get voice command and Bluetooth support. There's a 7.0-inch full colour driver information display screen. The car gets 377 litres of boot space that can be increased by folding down the rear seats. The rear seats get a central armrest with cupholders. The multifunction, leather-wrapped steering wheel is easy to grip. There's a third screen for the dual-zone automatic climate control unit. The buttons are easy to operate.  

The 2024 Bestune T99 is based on the first-generation model. The car sports an octagonal front grille flanked by the headlight units. The grille is made using a digital meteor shower and 118 chrome-plated bits. The car gets all-round LED lighting and the headlights get arrow-shaped daytime running lights (DRLs). The hood gets a sporty look, courtesy of the two dummy air vents. The car runs on stylish 20-inch alloy wheels. The exterior door handles are body-coloured and merge well with the colour scheme. The outside rearview mirrors are adjustable and electrically foldable. At the back, the 2024 Bestune T99 gets bright taillights and a roof spoiler with brake light. The powered liftgate lends access to the cargo area. The car also gets rear fog lights. The 2024 Bestune T99 gets a lot of chrome treatment. There are chrome inserts beneath the bumper, and on the exhaust tips with 'Bestune' embossed in chrome

The 2024 Bestune B70 is a spacious car for five passengers. The two front seats get the maximum headroom and legroom. Both are electrically adjustable and finding the most comfortable driving position is easy with the rake and reach adjustable steering wheel. All seats get soft padding and offer lateral support. The seats are ventilated and keeps passengers cool and comfortable during long trips. The rear seat is enough spacious to accommodate three adults. The air-conditioning cools the car in minutes. 

The entry-level model of the 2024 Bestune T99 is hauled by a turbocharged, four-cylinder, 2.0-litre petrol engine that produces 220 PS/340 Nm. The motor is mated to an eight-speed automatic. The engine is powerful and responsive. The car is fun to drive on city roads. The steering wheel is light and nicely balanced. Turning corners is easy. On highways, the 2024 Bestune T99 offers a very planted drive and the car never seems unsettled.  

The 2024 Bestune T99 is one of those rare cars that come with a first-aid kit. The car also gets Level 2.5 self-driving assistance modes that provide a relaxed driving experience. Besides a rearview camera, the car also gets cameras under the side mirrors. Common safety features include parking sensors, blind-spot detection, collision warning, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, and traction control.

The starting price of the 2024 Bestune T99 is AED 110,000. It is more affordably priced than its European and Japanese rivals. The T99 offers a comfortable riding experience in a spacious cabin. But Bestune is a relatively new brand in the Emirates and long-term performance is still doubtful. It's still a worthy choice for those who want a premium crossover SUV on a budget.
