The car feels good to ride but the delays in service is ridiculous. My car was brand new and had an unfortunate accident. It is 2 months and just getting assurances that the car will be ready in 2 weeks. now the parts are on the way, the service people are not very prompt in responding and I am not sure when I will get the car.

When I reached out to them for a buyback, I was shocked by their offer—only AED 67,000 after just one and a half years. This experience raised serious concerns about the dealership’s confidence in the car’s value. If the dealership itself is willing to buy it back at only 50% of what I paid, what does that say about the vehicle’s long-term worth? This suggests either a lack of trust in the Bestune brand or an unfair valuation process for loyal customers. To make matters worse, my car is in pristine condition—not a single scratch, and the original stickers are still inside. Despite this, they made no effort to offer a fairer deal, even though I barely used the car. I expected a dealership that values its customers and stands behind the brands it sells. Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing, and I would strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider before purchasing from them. If resale value and fair customer service matter to you, this is something to keep in mind.

Alongside who can overlook its commanding presence other than strong performance. If you are in search for something that is way refined and way more competent I would suggest to consider this option. I got smitten by its remarkable driving demeanor as well.
