It adds manually adjustable coilover suspension, carbon stabiliser bars, additional cooling radiators, and rear-wheel steering specifically to sharpen its track behaviour beyond the standard AMG GT 63.

In markets where it is officially sold, it undercuts the GT3 on price while offering more outright power, though independent reviewers consistently note that the GT3 still wins on outright driver engagement and connection, given its lighter weight and naturally aspirated engine character.

What is officially available right now is the standard Mercedes-AMG GT 63, without the Pro's track-specific hardware, priced from AED 901,900 through Mercedes-Benz UAE's dealer network.

It shares the same twin-turbo V8 foundation and delivers real performance, just without the Pro's sharpened suspension and cooling-up variants built specifically for repeated track use.

The Real Comparison

The realistic comparison is not GT3 versus GT 63 Pro. It is GT3 versus the standard AMG GT 63, since that is what Mercedes-Benz UAE currently sells. 

• The GT3 offers a purer, more connected driving experience, lighter weight, a naturally aspirated response, and a manual gearbox option that increasingly few rivals in this category still offer.
• The standard AMG GT 63, while not track-tuned to the same degree as the Pro, still delivers serious performance with the added usability of AWD and a slightly more comfortable daily character.
• Anyone specifically wanting the GT 63 Pro's track-focused hardware should expect to either import privately, at a premium and without the reassurance of an official Mercedes-Benz UAE warranty, or wait for confirmed local availability.

For Track Day Buyers

UAE track day culture, centred around venues like Yas Marina Circuit and Dubai Autodrome, has grown considerably in recent years, and both the GT3 and a track-prepared AMG GT have real followings among serious drivers here. For now, that community's realistic choice sits between the GT3, bought new through Porsche, or a standard AMG GT 63 through Mercedes-Benz UAE. With the true GT 63 Pro experience currently limited to whoever manages to source that single grey-market example or import one independently. 

What It Means

The GT3 versus GT 63 Pro rivalry making headlines internationally is real, but it is not yet a rivalry UAE buyers can act on officially. The GT3 remains available, proven, and backed by Porsche's full UAE dealer network.

The GT 63 Pro exists here in name only for now; it is a single specialist import rather than a car you can simply order.

Anyone seriously drawn to the Mercedes side of this comparison should look at the standard AMG GT 63 as the realistic option today and will have to wait until the German brand offers confirmation of when, or if, the full Pro specification arrives properly.
