Nissan unveils all-new sixth-gen Serena in Singapore; Will it come to UAE?

ABU DHABI: The 2024 Singapore Motor Show captivated industry insiders and automotive enthusiasts with a glimpse into the driving experiences of the future. Among the array of displayed models, the one that gained the spotlight was the all-new sixth-gen Nissan Serena. 

The Nissan Serena underwent a generational upgrade in 2022. The upgraded model has a V-motion grille, a sculpted body, and full LED headlights. It has an aggressive design including vertical LED tail lights, pronounced bumpers, and a dual tailgate that facilitates convenient unloading. 

The sixth-gen model will be available in Singapore in both 7- and 8-seater configurations, featuring comfortable seating arrangements.

The revamped interior of the Nissan Serena includes the widest windshield in its segment, a switch-type gear selector, and water-repellent seats. As you enter the cabin you’ll see a digital instrument cluster, a seven-inch infotainment unit, and advanced safety with ProPILOT 2.0 and multiple airbags. 

An upgraded hybrid setup powers the Singapore-spec Serena, combining an electric motor and a 1.4-litre combustion engine. It produces a maximum power of 163 hp and a peak torque of 315 Nm. The drivetrain offers smooth acceleration, enhanced power, and reduced engine noise.

Nissan has not revealed yet whether the all-new sixth-gen Nissan Serena will make its way to the UAE.
