Honda introduces SUSTAINA-C electric hatch and Pocket electric scooter

ABU DHABI: Honda has sparked excitement by sharing a few images of an electric scooter and the new small EV concept scheduled to debut at the 2023 Tokyo auto show, marking the return of the Motocompo legacy. Along with these two revelations, Honda has also hinted at an upcoming EV sports car that could be an NSX successor.

First, let's talk about the car, which has been named the SUSTAINA-C, a two-door hatchback concept with an interesting design. This eco-friendly car stands out from the aggressive crossovers that have flooded the market.

Alongside it, another fresh entry is the Honda Pocket, an innovatively designed electric scooter that has been created from the same eco-friendly acrylic material, offering a sustainable urban mobility option. Honda has not revealed anything about their specific powertrain, but these concepts pave the way for a future where last-mile mobility solutions and environment-friendly transportation options gain prominence in the urban environment.

Honda also unveiled the SC e concept that aims to make a huge impact on Toyo's urban mobility. It features a conventional and practical design and stands out with its swappable Mobile Power Packs. With scooters simplifying the daily commutes in congested cities, the ability to swap batteries at charging stations could persuade apartment residents to adopt electric scooters.
