BMW Group Middle East also saw a 7% rise in customer support services. Notably, 76% of BMW owners with cars up to 10 years old still use authorised service centres, which is a strong sign they trust the brand are loyal to it in the long-term.
Strong Future Outlook
The brand, with MINI growing by 20% and Motorrad posting nearly 20% retail growth, is well-positioned across multiple segments. What powers the growth of MINI was the Countryman (40% share) and John Cooper Works models (63% rise), while the appeal of BMW Motorrad is still expanding among bike enthusiasts in the UAE.
