The 2024 Opel Zafira Life gets two front seats, two captain seats in the middle row and a bench-type third row that can accommodate three persons. The seats are mounted on a rail system that has fore-aft sliding. The two middle seats can be turned to face the rear occupants. There's a cabinet mounted between the two middle-row seats that comprises a fold-out table. Opel has lent a sophisticated and luxurious ambience to the Zaifira Life with black leather upholstery that's complemented with satin-silver accents around the front of the cabin. A lot of hard plastics have been widely used, particularly on the door insides. But the plastic parts blend well with the rest of the cabin. The small 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment unit is rather old-fashioned. The response is a bit delayed as well. The unit is connected to a six-speaker audio system. There's a 7.0-inch digital instrument panel with easy readouts. 

The 2024 Opel Zafira Life has increased in size than its earlier version. The vehicle now comes with the 'Life' moniker following its generation change. The van shares its underpinnings with the Fiat Ulysses, Toyota ProAce Verso, Citroen Spacetourer, and Peugeot Traveller in various global markets. The Zafira Life looks attractive from the outside. The front is dominated by a large grille that houses the well-known Apple logo in the middle. The front bumper is flanked by LED fog lights. There's a ventilation grille lower down. The van runs on 117-inch alloy wheels. It may not have the Hyundai Staria's space-age looks but by minibus standards is a handsome vehicle.

The van is boxy styled and there's no dearth of headroom and legroom on any of the seats. Three passengers can comfortably sit on the last row. The dual-zone climate control cools the cabin pretty fast. Multicolour ambient lighting adds to the travelling experience.  

The entry-level 2024 Opel Zaifira Life is hauled by a four-cylinder, 2.0-litre diesel engine that produces 182 PS/400 Nm. The motor is mated to an eight-speed automatic. The engine is smooth but the powertrain is a bit sluggish. But even when fully packed, the engine never feels underpowered. In fact, it's more than a capable minibus when fully loaded with passengers and cargo on a long trip.

The 2024 Opel Zafira Life comes with a nice set of driver-assist features and safety equipment. Standard features include a rearview camera, rain-sensing wipers, front and rear parking sensors, cruise control, blind-spot detector, lane-keep assist and a collision detector. While the features are all hi-tech, the MPV comes with just four airbags.

The 2024 Opel Zafira Life is a well-equipped product in the family MPV segment. It offers nice travelling comfort and impressive luggage carrying capacity.
