Volkswagen Touareg (2012-2021)

The Touareg Trend 3L is a speedy family-sized SUV that seats 5 comfortably, with an oversized screen that allows CarPlay, great audio and plenty of room in the boot for those IKEA runs. I requested fabric, which is so comfortable when I return from the gym into a hot vehicle. The AC does well to cool the cabin fairly quickly. However, it is recommended to use tinted glass and shades in UAE weather to ensure you don’t have to wait too long. The 8-speed gearbox is quite smooth, allowing the engine to purr as it pulls away from a stop gently. However, at the drop of the gearshift, it accelerates instantly and without lag. I’ve experienced a 75L full tank deliver 700+ Kms however, I’ve also experienced a lot less when unleashing the vehicle’s beast mode. So overall, whilst it is a lovely vehicle with good German engineering, on mileage, I thought it could fare better.

This time I was not ready to compromise in any manner as I decided to buy a big sized premium quality SUV. I was stern that the car will not deprive me of space as well. Boot space is something which I always emphasize while selecting my car and this time also there was no exception. Finally I could discover Volkswagen touareg which appeared to be the replica of my choice. The model also startled me as it is offering heaps of standard equipment within. Compared to its rivals in market this is also quite a cost effective option. Though one thing that disappointed me is the inclusion of certain materials that are quite of cheap quality inside the cabin.

The Volkswagen Touareg is one of the best vehicles I have driven when it comes to a family-oriented SUV. I chose it to help my parents with their transportation needs as they mostly relied on mobility scooters for their daily commute. Touareg has made my parents' daily commutes easier. The comfortable seating, spacious interior, and enjoyable ride make it a good choice. The gas mileage is not exceptional, but its control and power are undeniable. It has become my dependable partner for day-to-day tasks and family outings.

Throughout the course of the past year that I have been driving it, the VW Touareg has surpassed my expectations. The vehicle is well-made and offers a comfortable driving experience. The infotainment system is simple to use, and the audio quality is excellent. The vehicle is an excellent family vehicle because it offers plenty of room for passengers and belongings. Effective safety features include lane departure warning and adaptive cruise control. The only drawback is the potential for increased fuel efficiency.
