Hyundai Ioniq 5 (2020-2022)

Even though I say this is my favourite EV in its segment, I really like this car and think it offers a design and performance way beyond its price range. I personally love the futuristic design, and compared to the other EV models from Hyundai, this one is really a very well-made car. The interiors are spacious and not cramped. There’s a unique exterior design, which helps make this car even more appealing for buyers. Lastly, the driving experience is really good and way better than some of the other Chinese EVs I have tried.

This is my first EV, and I wanted to get one with a nice cabin. Given all the hype about EVs, I was concerned if Hyundai would be the right choice for me, but it was. The IONIQ 5 has a great design, and I love how comfortable the car is. Driving has never been easier than with this EV and it is super fun to just zoom across the highways and through traffic in this car. The cost of running it is really good for this car, and I love that this car is so quiet. It certainly makes the commute easier and better, so I absolutely love owning this car.
