Interiors:

Stylish yet cocooning space is the result of dedicated work of the interior designers that have skillfully evolved the Continental GT. The revamped steering wheel is accompanied with revised paddle shift gear selectors, the instrument panel and dashboard subtly echo the flying wings of Bentley motif, and the dynamic cockpit area rises from the center console in the form of dramatically surfaced wings. The modern interiors are complemented by a significant infotainment system in the center that is coupled with Balance Mode Radiator Speakers (BMR) that gives theater surround sound experience. Though the coupe is not made to load extensive luggage but, 358-litres boot count makes enough room for luggage.

Exteriors:

The new GT is designed after taking inspiration from past iconic Continental models with the most advanced technologies. The car is carved with sharp, modern radii to create distinct surfaces giving a wide, confident and sporting feel. These sharp lines all over the body are achievable due to Bentley's state of the art facilities as well as its exquisite details. The Coupe will attract your attention from each angle and the overall dimensions measures (4807 X 1947 X 1401) mm (L X W X H) and the wheelbase measures 2746 mm that gratifies ample cabin space. To match the performance delivered by the engine, Continental GT is equipped with 20-inch 6 Tri-Spoke design alloy wheels that delivers smooth rolling experience to the occupants.

Engine, Mileage & variants:

The giant 6.0-litre W12 engine is refined over time to fascinate you with the enormous power it delivers. The turbochargers further improve the responsiveness at low engine speeds and maximum power measures 590 PS at 6100 rpm alongside the maximum torque of 720 Nm at mere 1700 rpm. Faster from its predecessors, Continental GT clocks 0 to 100 km/h mark in just 4.5 seconds and reaches the maximum speed of 318 km/h. The mileage will not delight you much and one can experience a fuel economy of 9.6 l/100 km.

Safety, Braking And Miscellaneous:

Continental GT is equipped with numerous sophisticated passive and active safety features to ensure that safety of occupants remains intact. The iron brakes with black painted brake callipers are coupled with Anti – Lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brake Force Distribution System (EBD), Hydraullic Brake Assits (HBA), Drag Torque Control (MSR) and aquaplane for better handling and braking of the vehicle. The air bag system (Front, side and curtain),volumetic ultrasonic alarm system that detects change in time of propagation media in the car, impact protection system, sub frame rails, Park Distance Control are further conjugated with steel monocoque structure that further makes the safety features buoyant.

Verdict:

Bentley's attempt of presenting a fast, pretty and fascinating GT car is commendable and the money spent over the car by an individual is well justified with the features it incorporates within.
