Yangwang is a Chinese high-end, luxury vehicle brand established by BYD. It is making a debut in the UAE automotive market via its high-performance, off-road SUV U8. It is expected to be launched in January 2026 at the price of AED 650,900. It caters to the people who are looking for a high-end, luxury SUV with advanced technology and off-road capabilities.

The Yangwang U8 is equipped with a GCC Blade Battery, which is capable of working in extreme heat conditions. It also comes with a range extender technology, which is a 9 kWh battery and a gasoline generator. With a fuel tank capacity of 78-liter you can easily squeeze up to 800 KM of range (WLTC). It fully optimizes weight, efficiency, and performance to make your long-distance and off-road travel effortless. 

Charging 

You can charge your Yangwang U8 from 10% to 80% in just 23 minutes and fully in just 45 minutes by using a 110 kW DC charger. You can charge it at your home within 3 hours and 38 minutes by using an AC (11 kW) charger.

It is built on the "e4 Platform" with four 295hp independent motors to power this powerful and feature-rich SUV. 

Entertainment 

It features a dual 23.6” dashboard screen and a 12.8” Galaxy one-of-a-kind curved display with 22 Dynaudio speakers to keep you entertained. The seats in U8 are made from Nappa leather with proper ventilation and a massage feature to keep every occupant comfortable during highway of off-road trips.
