Volvo XC40 Recharge is a small but capable electric SUV that impresses me with its efficiency and sports car-like quick acceleration. It rides better than many of its rivals. It has an interesting and inviting design and can reach a top speed of 112 mph. While the 75 kWh battery is not the biggest, it takes only 4.7 seconds to accelerate from 0-60 mph. It is also very practical, with tons of storage areas and spacious door pockets. Coupled with smart storage solutions, soft-to-touch surfaces, and nice backlit ambiance lights, the interior of the XC40 is commendable.
