MHERO I

The cabin layout of the MHero 1 is as outlandish as the exterior design of the SUV, with the interior being offered in a dual-tone black and grey artificial leather upholstery. The cabin is dominated by the presence of large-sized full-TFT screens – a 12.3-inch screen for the instrument console, a 15.6-inch screen for the touchscreen infotainment system, a 12.3-inch screen for the co-passenger infotainment system, and an additional 8-inch screen attached to the rear centre armrest for rear occupants. There is also a configurable head-up display behind the power-adjustable multi-functional steering wheel.

With rectangular influence in the design of the centre console and AC vents, the MHero 1 also gets other high-end features like dual sunroofs, 16-speaker Dynaudio music system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, heated and ventilated front seats with memory function for the driver’s seat, wireless charger, USB-A, and USB-C charging ports and intelligent fragrance system.

The MHero 1 looks straight out of a sci-fi movie, with its outlandish styling and massive size making it an attention-grabbing monster on wheels. The aggressive cuts and creases all around, large dimensions, and futuristic-looking lighting elements give it a commanding road presence.

At the front, the tallish fascia of the MHero 1 has a trapezoidal grille with the MHero logo in the middle, with this closed grille having triangular LED headlamps to its sides, that also come with overlapping T-shaped LED DRLs over them. The off-road-spec front and rear bumpers have tapered edges for additional off-road driving ability, with the front one having LED fog lamps integrated into its sides. 

The side profile of the MHero 1 is equally commanding in its appearance, with the high ground clearance, large 20-inch wheels with all-terrain tyres, squared wheel arches, and aggressive creases over the fenders and door panels making it look extremely aggressive. Even the rear profile looks very sharp and futuristic with vertically-aligned slim T-shaped LED tail lamps on the sides and a squared housing for the tailgate-mounted spare wheel.

With a towering stance and a massive ground clearance of 335 mm, the MHero 1 has intelligent double-arm independent air suspension at both front and rear. Equipped with dynamic damping control for its suspension, the MHero 1 features six different drive modes – snow, mud, rock, sand, water, and auto – for effortless driving even in adverse terrain conditions.

The MHero 1 also has a commendable water-wading capacity of 900 mm. This SUV also gets an all-terrain intelligence system, front and rear trailer couplers, an intelligent fording sensing system, a crab moving system, an intelligent night vision system, and an intelligent aided decision system. 

The overall powertrain setup of the MHero 1 is as massive as it looks on the outside, with this intimidating-looking SUV having a quad motor setup with two electric motors at both front and rear. This intelligent all-wheel drive setup generates 1,088 bhp of maximum power and 1,400 Nm of maximum torque.

Capable of doing the 0-100 kmph run in 4.2 seconds, the MHero 1 has an electronically restricted top speed of 180 kmph. This SUV also has a 2-speed automatic transmission and a 142.7kWh battery, which delivers a range of 450 km (WLTP-certified).

Along with basics like ABS with EBD and brake assist, cornering brake control, traction control, electronic stability control, dynamic wheel torque control, roll stability control, hill start assist, hill descent control, auto hold, and eight airbags, the MHero 1 also has a wide range of advanced driving assistance features like forward collision warning, autonomous emergency braking, blind spot detection, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, traffic jam assist, highway assist, front and rear cross-traffic alerts, door opening alert and 360-degree parking camera.

The MHero 1 might be a relatively new name in the automotive industry with a not-so-rich legacy and no track record of reliability as of now. However, the specs and features of this intimidating-looking and eye-catching SUV are indeed promising, making it worth your attention.
