The car is also offered with additional features like a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, full-TFT instrument console, heated and power-adjustable steering wheel with memory function, analogue clock, multi-zone automatic climate control, ambient lighting and footwell illumination, air ioniser, and more. And if these features are just not enough, there are even more features offered at additional prices, such as a panoramic sunroof, head-up display, and a more premium Bang & Olufsen audio system.

The overall silhouette of the Bentley Continental GT has remained unchanged all these years, though, in this latest generation version, the grand tourer features a host of visual tweaks, which make it look much more modern and timeless than ever before.

The front profile of the Bentley Continental GT has a short overhang and a long bonnet, which goes well with its classification as a traditional gran tourer. Adding more visual drama and elegance to the exterior of the Bentley Continental GT is the sweeping ‘power line’ from the headlamps to the muscular haunch at the back. The two-door look, sloping roofline, and planted stance further enhance the coupe-like appeal of this grand tourer.

To ensure that the Bentley Continental GT looks like a car that belongs to the current generation, Bentley has equipped this car with round-themed LED Matrix headlamps, which sit within polished chrome bezels. These headlamps have intricated interior patterns that resemble illuminated gemstones when lit. The gloss black grille with vertical slats gets chrome surrounds, while other components like the outside rearview mirrors, 21-inch alloy wheels, winged ‘B’ and other badges all around are also garnished with a high-quality chrome. The rear profile of the Bentley Continental GT also features elliptical tail lamps with LED inserts, which also have a cut-crystal effect that showcases a three-dimensional effect when lit up.

The Continental GT was the first car from Bentley to feature the three-chamber, air-spring suspension, which maintains a fine balance between outright sportiness and a calmer and more composed driving experience. There are four different modes on offer in the drive dynamics package – Comfort, Sport, Bentley (combination of comfort and mode) and Custom (allowing one to customize the driving experience as per his/her choice). The Bentley Continental GT is also offered with an active all-wheel drive system as standard, which works as a rear-wheel drive in regular conditions and all-wheel drive mode only when needed.

The powertrain option on duty under the hood of the Bentley Continental GT is a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 petrol engine, which produces 550 PS of maximum power and 770 Nm of torque, making it one of the most powerful two-door coupes in the world. With this engine, the Bentley Continental GT is capable of touching a top speed of 318 kmph and can do the 0-100 kmph sprint in 4 seconds. The transmission unit on duty is an 8-speed automatic transmission, which has become standard across the entire Bentley range.
