Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class vs Toyota Supra Comparison

It has been a rollercoaster experience to own the Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class. The double-clutch transmission has been the biggest disappointment for me. I have driven various cars in the last twenty years, including cost-effective ones but I have never encountered the transmission to be so bad. Every shift in this vehicle feels painfully noticeable whether downshifting or upshifting. In traffic jams, driving the Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class becomes unbearable. The rough shifts of the transmission give me the feeling that I amm driving with an inexperienced driver who is learning for the first time to operate a manual gearbox.

The Supra is my weekend escape car. Honestly, I bought it because I always dreamed of having something sporty yet practical. The turbocharged engine is thrilling, it picks up instantly when I press the pedal, and I enjoy late-night drives on the highway. Inside, it feels driver-focused, with the low seating making you feel connected to the road. Of course, it’s not meant for family duty; the boot space is small and there are only two seats. But that’s not why I own it. People still turn heads when they see a Supra here, and that makes every drive exciting. It’s not my daily car, but it’s easily my favorite one for pure driving fun.
