A Bold Exterior That Breaks Every Convention

The most discussed feature of the Cybertruck is its exterior. Its shape is a collection of flat planes and sharp angles, a complete departure from conventional pickup design. The body panels are made from an ultra-hard, cold-rolled stainless steel alloy developed by Tesla. According to the company, this helps reduce dents and long-term corrosion, marking a New Era for Electric Pickups.

The material is left unpainted, giving the vehicle its distinctive metallic finish. In addition, the vehicle is fitted with what Tesla calls Armour Glass. This is described as being able to resist the impact of a baseball at 112 km/h. Its pleasing bubble shape, a feature of so many other modern cars, is absent here.

A Minimalist Cabin Designed for Everyday Comfort

Inside, the Cybertruck continues the minimalist theme seen in other Tesla models. The dashboard is a simple, horizontal shelf dominated by a large central screen. There is seating for five adults. Overhead, an expansive glass roof is designed to give an open, airy feel to the cabin. 

For air quality, the vehicle includes a built-in, hospital-grade HEPA air filter. This system is claimed to protect occupants from 99.97% of airborne particles. Storage is available under the second-row seats, and the overall design prioritises clean lines and uncluttered space. The curvy shape of traditional dashboards is nowhere to be seen.

Smart Infotainment That Keeps You Connected

Vehicle controls are almost entirely managed through the central touchscreen. The front display measures 18.5 inches, while rear passengers get their own 9.4-inch touchscreen for entertainment and climate controls. The audio system features 15 speakers, including two dedicated subwoofers, for what is described as studio-quality sound. 

A feature called "Powershare" allows the vehicle's battery to provide up to 11.5 kW of power to external tools, appliances, or even another electric vehicle. This turns the Cybertruck into a mobile power source. Details on connectivity options specific to the GCC are still pending.

Why the Tesla Cybertruck Stands Out

Beyond its looks, the Cybertruck's performance numbers are significant. Two versions are listed on the UAE site: an All-Wheel Drive model and the range-topping Cyberbeast. The All-Wheel Drive version has a stated range of 547 km and a 0-100 km/h time of 4.3 seconds. 

The Cyberbeast shortens that acceleration time to just 2.7 seconds but has a slightly reduced range of 515 km. Both models are listed with a towing capacity of 4,990 kg.
