  • Haval Dargo Service is a Rip Off!

The worst part of the Haval Dargo is the expensive services from the agent. Something that costs 200aed in the market, the agency service charges 2000aed! Its a total rip off. Secondly parts are not avialable easily only from the agency which forces you to get buy expensive parts. They offer free service of only upto 20000KMS and warranty of 150000kms, so you are forced to take their service as if you take it outside they will not honour the warranty! Selling the car cheap and recovering the money in service fees!

  • Doesn't have its own identity

The Haval Dargo seems to be a blend of influences from some of the most popular SUVs such as the Land Rover Defender, Kia Telluride, and Ford Bronco. It has the rugged appeal of all these SUVs. Its boxy, bluff shape makes it seem like it is giving a nod to these classics, In the SUV market it doesn't seem like a pioneering design. Performance wise I find it to be a mixed bag. While it adequately handles, at lower revs its engine exhibits a flat spot leading to a sluggish acceleration from a standstill. If I try to hustle it the Dargo feels distinctly roly-poly and soggy.

  • Medium size crossover that is meant for serious off roading

This is ideally a version that can be considered to be a part of medium sized crossover vehicle. The model has excellently emphasized on off roading skill and there lies its unique significance. I being a hardcore off roader found this a valid reason to consider this option. The square shaped body frame will prove to be both sleek to look at and sturdy in terms of its build quality. My quest for adventure off road expedition can be flawlessly met from a vehicle like this. The car could captivate me effortlessly due to its rugged but imposing aesthetic.

  • More suitable for inner-city driving

I wanted an all-terrain vehicle that could conquer towering sand dunes and behave well on the inner city roads, and after the recommendation of the dealer, I decided to buy the Haval Dargo. It has been only two months with this car, and I have noticed that it is more suitable for inner-city driving and not for serious off-roading. Design-wise, it looks like Kia Telluride and Land Rover Defender. If I ride it at a moderate speed, it offers a supple ride, but at high speed, it loses its calm and composure.

  • Rugged and comfortable

The Haval Dargo is one aggressive-looking SUV, and there is an altogether distinct charm about this car. I bought it a few months ago, and having driven quite a few SUVs in this segment, I can say this one is a really satisfying and enjoyable package. My favourite thing about it is the bold and rugged exterior design which is perfect for an SUV. Then comes the exceptional comfort and plush interiors, which delivers a top-notch driving experience along with excellent performance and great off-roading capabilities. Overall, this one is a very comfortable and aggressive-looking SUV.
