The Ford Edge ST is very good-looking and comes with a robust engine making it excel in performance. It delivers impressive acceleration and power. The handling of this vehicle is quite responsive considering its segment, providing an engaging driving experience. The advanced suspension system offers a smooth and trouble-free ride even over rough terrains, making it suitable for both long road trips and city driving. Its dynamic steering and powerful brakes add to its driving pleasure, making it a great option for those who give immense value to performance.

This is the first ever crossover from Ford brand that is known to be showcasing its ST badge with intense pride. If anyone has experienced driving or exploring its sibling Edge Sport, then I would like to mention that this ST version is slightly hotter to that. The torque split of the model can be altered if its traction demands the same and for that kudos goes to its standard all wheel driving system. The rear drive can be automatically disconnected to gain better fuel efficiency. Certain aspects of the model can be counted as its downsides like poor quality windshield seals or its faulty airbags.

The UAE's hot climate makes it vital to purchase a vehicle with a reliable cooling system, but not all cars cater to this demand. After test-driving a few vehicles, I purchased the Edge ST because it has efficient air conditioning that keeps the cabin cool and comfortable even during hot weather. Ford Edge ST has made my family road trip more enjoyable. Its distinctive grille and sleek lines add to its commanding presence on the road. The fuel economy is even better than claimed. I commute 80 miles a day in this car without any issues.

I don’t think the Ford Edge ST looks like a very powerful car. But here it is from a proud owner, the wagon-like compact car is a pocket rocket. It has all the feel and finishes of a classic Ford car, adding to the amazing mechanism in the engine. The edge is categorized as an SUV, but you would be more inclined to call it a hatchback. Considering its size and dimensions, the 2.7 L engine feels way too powerful. It makes a massive 335 horsepower along with 542 Nm of torque. So taking any car on the highway is like a piece of cake.
