I’ve been driving a Toyota RAV4 for a few years now, and while the first one or two years were smooth, the problems started showing up soon after. The brake noise began first — both while braking and from the brake pads themselves. Then came issues with the panoramic sunroof. The Toyota Rush is what I’d call a value-for-money family car. It’s not a luxury SUV, but it does the basics well. The seven seats are a big plus for bigger families, though the last row is more for kids than adults. The engine is small, so don’t expect crazy speed, but it’s enough for city driving and the occasional highway trip. I like that it’s fuel efficient and doesn’t cost a fortune to maintain, which matters a lot. The A/C is strong, and the cabin is simple but practical. If you just want an affordable car to move the family around without stressing about bills, the Rush is a sensible choice.
