I don’t usually leave reviews, but this battery deserves a serious warning to others. I bought this thinking I was saving a few bucks—but in the end, it cost me way more in headaches and tow fees. Right from the start, the battery felt weak. My car hesitated to start even though everything else was in great condition. I figured maybe it just needed a full charge, but nope—it only got worse. Within 10 months, it completely died on me. No warning, no signs—just dead. I had to jump it multiple times, and even then it would randomly cut out. I ended up stranded more than once, which is just not acceptable from something that’s supposed to be reliable.

The MG RX5 scores really well in its overall exterior design with the head-turning front profile. Impresses. What attract attention is the 3D geometric grille, LED headlights, and daytime running lights, undoubtedly gives the RX5 a very unique look. The sleek lines and strong posture add further to its appealing appearance. It is not just the look but the powertrain of this MG SUV is also quite right. The 1.5L turbocharged engine, give 171hp of power and 275Nm of torque, tuned to a nicely done 7-speed Dual Clutch Transmission for a comfortable driving experience.

The car looks and inside comfort is prefect, AC are also well placed and effective in hot and humid weather of UAE. The problem I am facing with my cat is its ~15" screen, it's getting hang many times while driving, I am not able to move screen function around. Other disadvantage is its spare part availability, please check before buying a new car.

The RX5 is a good option for anyone looking for bargains in the compact SUV segment. I am certainly convinced of the potential of this MG SUV. Honestly, the price point it is available makes is quite a deal. It has got a decent look, power, safety, comfort and driving dynamics as well. So, technically there is nothing that is missing out at a very attractive price, and so it makes a suitable choice. I’m going to test drive it before making any call.
