This sporty Mini SUV is available in 3 trims in UAE – PM, DX and SX. The DX trim is available in 4-speed automatic and 5-speed manual transmission and rest of the 2 trims , PM and SX, are available only with 4-speed automatic transmission. A 1.5-litre EFI DHC engine is packed under the hood of Daihatsu Terios. This gasoline engine churns out a peak power of 77 kW at 6000 rpm coupled with a peak torque measuring 140 Nm at 4400 rpm. Talking about the fuel economy, this engine sips 7.3 litre of petrol on an average on a combine drive of 100 km. 4-speed automatic transmission mated with 4WD in PM trim makes it accelerate from a standstill to 100 kmph in 13.5 seconds with a top speed of 155 kmph and the other 2WD trims take 15.3 seconds to attain the same mark.
