ABU DHABI: The McLaren 720S is a supercar that has set new benchmarks for usability, performance, and engagement. But it has been six years since its launch, and the supercar world has undergone many advancements. Supercars like Lamborghini Revuelto and Ferrari 296 GTB have raised the bar for performance and power. To meet the rising demand of customers and stay ahead of the competition, McLaren unveiled the 750S. It is the most powerful and lightest series production, McLaren.

    As per McLaren, around 30 percent of the 750S parts have been updated. A twin-turbocharged 4.0-litre V-8 has been mounted in the car's middle carbon-fibre structure. McLaren dynamics engineers have tweaked aerodynamics, electronic control systems, and chassis to make this car fun to drive.

    The supercar can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometres per hour in 2.8 seconds. The Spider trim takes 0.1 seconds more to complete a century sprint. 

    The car is equipped with a new vehicle-lift system that is over twice as fast as the one in the 720S. The new car also benefits from increased downforce and revised gearing for the 7-speed transmission to improve stability at high speeds. It is also equipped with a McLaren Control Launcher that allows you to store your favourite combination of transmission, powertrain, aero, and handling settings.

    A new infotainment system with Android Auto and standard Apple CarPlay is a welcome addition to McLaren 750S.

    The 750S was developed over 18 months with direct input from CEO Michael Leiters. It is the final Super Series car before the company launches an all-new electrified offering in 2026.
