My Toyota Highlander has been a blessing for family trips. The three-row seating is exactly what I needed for my family, and everyone sits comfortably without feeling packed in. The engine has enough power to handle both highway cruising and occasional off-road routes. I like the smooth drive, it feels big on the outside but easy to handle behind the wheel. The features are also well thought out, from Apple CarPlay to multiple USB points, which keeps the kids entertained and devices charged. AC vents are provided for every row, which is a life-saver during the summer. Yes, fuel consumption is higher, but it’s fair for this size. If you want comfort and space, it’s really worth considering.

I often drive the Toyota Highlander for family vacations, and it's extremely homely. The interior of the cabin is commodious with three rows of seats, and the ride is comfortable even on bad roads. The Highlander has been our family SUV for over a year now, our second Toyota after the popular Yaris. We use both of them but for different purposes. So, what I liked about the Highlander, well, it is strong, offers great performance and the cool hybrid technology. The 2.5-liter engine, with two electric motors, power of 240 hp and 237 Nm of torque does the job well along with the ideal CVT. Despite it the mileage is not bad and we love to take it on long drives with 4/5 members of our family. We have the all-wheel drive variant. It is just superb to drive in deserts or even long highways.

From my personal experience of using the car for over a year now, I think the Highlander is the best option of the segment, with prices ranging between AED 170-190,000, and among them is the most affordable hybrid SUV. And there is a lot to this SUV that one can consider, like the spacious cabin and huge boot, comfortable cabin with soft touch seat, good space in the third row, safety and entertainment features also now boosted a lot.
